Terms of Service
These draft terms describe the current WildPrint website and quiz. They contain placeholders for legal and business details that the operator must complete and have reviewed before treating this page as final.
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These draft terms apply when you access or use WildPrint. By using the website, you indicate that you agree to the terms that are finalized and presented by the operator. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The legal operator is [Legal operator name and business details to be provided].
2. What WildPrint provides
WildPrint offers a situational personality-style quiz that maps answer patterns to an animal archetype, a public preview, and, where available, a more detailed report. Account features can save quiz history and show eligible reports.
3. Eligibility and minimum age
WildPrint is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The quiz asks you to confirm that you are at least 18, but does not independently verify your age. By using the quiz, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Accounts and account security
You are responsible for providing a usable email address, keeping your password confidential, and activity carried out through your account. Tell the operator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission: [Account contact email to be provided]. Do not share your password or attempt to access another user's account.
5. Email verification and passwords
You must verify your email address before account access is enabled. You are responsible for using a valid address that you control and keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Password reset links are temporary and single-use. WildPrint will not ask you to send your password by email.
6. Quiz answers, results, and purpose
The quiz and its animal archetypes are provided for self-reflection and entertainment. They are not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or professional advice, and should not be used as the sole basis for medical, psychological, employment, financial, or other important decisions. Results are generated from your answers and should not be treated as objective facts about you.
7. Acceptable use
Use WildPrint lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the service. Do not attempt to bypass account, report, or payment controls; probe or disrupt the website or API; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or use automated means to copy or overload the service without permission.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
The WildPrint name, website design, quiz wording, report text, illustrations, and software are owned by or licensed to the operator to the extent protected by applicable law. You may use the website and personal results for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not reproduce, sell, or publicly distribute substantial site content without permission, except where the law allows it.
9. Free features and demo membership
The quiz and public preview are available as website features. The current development checkout is a demonstration: it displays €9.99 for an individual Full Report and €14.99 for a 40-Day Membership, but it does not charge money or connect to a live payment provider. It can create development-only mock records and is disabled in production.
A mock membership is recorded as a one-time, fixed 40-day demo entitlement and does not renew. It is not evidence of a real payment. Any future paid offer must show its actual price and terms before a real payment is requested.
10. Payments, renewals, and cancellations
No real payment processing is active in the current checkout, so it does not create real charges, renewals, refunds, or cancellations. The current mock membership has no recurring charge. Before enabling a real payment provider, the operator must publish the payment provider, purchase confirmation, refund rules, cancellation process, and any renewal terms here and at checkout.
11. Third-party services and external links
WildPrint relies on hosting, database, and SMTP services selected by the operator. Their names and applicable service terms must be supplied here: [Third-party providers to be identified]. External links, if present, are provided for convenience; the operator does not control external websites or their content.
If you create an available public preview share link, anyone holding an active link may view the limited preview card until it is revoked. The share link does not provide access to the private Full Report or quiz answers.
12. Availability and changes
The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or access to the website. The operator should add any notice requirements or commitments for paid services before real purchases are enabled. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
13. Disclaimers and limits of liability
WildPrint is provided for personal self-reflection and entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided without guarantees that a particular result will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any limitation of liability, warranty language, consumer protections, and mandatory statutory rights depend on the governing law and require review by qualified counsel for the operator's jurisdiction: [Legal review and applicable jurisdiction required].
14. Suspension and account termination
The operator may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law, including suspected abuse or security threats. You may request account deletion through Account Settings. The current deletion process may retain unlinked or anonymized transaction, audit, or scoring records as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms as WildPrint changes or as required by law. The current text and last-updated date will be posted on this page. The operator must decide and describe any notice process required for material changes before relying on these terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, courts, and dispute-resolution process have not been confirmed. They must be completed after the operator's legal identity and jurisdiction are confirmed: [Governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution terms to be provided after legal review]. Nothing here limits mandatory rights that apply to you.
17. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact [Terms contact email to be provided]. The operator is [Legal operator name and business details to be provided].
